first_imgArsenal boss Emery: We’ll buy in January – if we canby Paul Vegas10 months agoSend to a friendShare the loveArsenal boss Unai Emery says they’ll be active in next month’s January market.Laurent Koscielny is back from a long absence but, with Unai opting for a back three at times, his resources have been stretched.“The club is working because if we have one good option to come around and help us, we can do it,” said Emery. “The club has this possibility to help us in the transfer window with some players, but I am very happy with the players. “Already, we have some problems at centre back when we’re playing with three centre backs, but Sokratis is coming back [against Tottenham]. Koscielny is also coming back, Mustafi is coming back in the next week. “I can sometimes play with Xhaka or Nacho Monreal, and also Mavropanos is starting to do training on the pitch and running.
